A - To act and operate as a charitable organization in lessening the burdens of government, providing humanitarian service, provide educational/scholarships to children in the developed areas. Provide occupational/skills training, provide relief of the poor, the hungry, the homeless, and distress by religious educational training programs, self-help programs, providing food and clothing to the aforesaid.

B - To develop and promote peace retreats and teach meditation to interested parties the important methodology of peace within innerself, provide guidance to members the Buddhist Way to foster peace within innerself and with others and the environment. To sponsor and participate the World Peace Ceremonies.

C - To train and organize ordination ceremonies for lay people, who wish to become Buddhist monks and nuns, and to provide members an opportunity to develop their moral and spiritual capabilities in according with principles of the Buddhism philosophy. The Foundation also offers the general public a chance to get acquainted with the Buddhist culture and activities.
