Drink Your Tea

Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves – slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future.  Live the actual moment, only this moment is life.

 

Chén trà trong hai tay
Chánh niệm nâng tròn đầy
Thân và tâm an trú
Bây giờ và ở đây

This cup of tea in my two hands, mindfulness held perfectly. My mind and body dwell in the very here and now.
